Pathetic ******* gym

I signed up with gym company (Doornfontein) was the worse thing I could do. 1st of all when I feel pregnant I didn't want to carrying on going to the gym, I called numerous times no answer I sent email no answer till I went home (Limpopo) to Have my baby, I then called and FINALLY got through only to be told I need to get A LETTER from the doctor to prove I am or was pregnant and I cant gym, I just Had a baby then I was not going to go back to the doctor to get that, i asked if I can cancel and they advised i have to pay the Total amount plus cancellation is R1462.2, or wait till my contract ends which is 26/06/2019... I then let it go and then I noticed on the 24th November 2017 I was debuted twice with out ANYONE letting me know that they would be taking the amount out twice, Iv sent numerous email to Unity at Doorfontein with no response and no luck, and then again on the 9th December They deducted another amount of R199.95, I dont understand why they keep taking my money and even if you try call gym Company there is o response. Im getting to sick of gym company, I dont even have a tag yet as they keep telling me they dont have gym tags and I keep paying for a pathetic service. GYM COMPANY IS A ******* and they do not respond to our complaints and emails! something has to be done about this!
