Pathetic, poor accounts and staff service

I have received extremely poor service from Gym Company. An employee stole my money for the cancelation of my contract, and now I have been waiting over 4 months for Gym Company Roodepoort to sort my account out!! I've been back and forward to the police station, and according to them, the theft is an internal issue, I need to have my account canceled and my money returned. Think I get ANY feedback?? Absolutely NOT!!! I've phoned, been in, left countless messages, been promised I would be called back, but here I still sit!!! Absolutely worst service received.
