outstanding amount- never used their facilities

<p>Gym Company...I received a letter 25/08/2016 stating that I owe them R8400 ..I have never used their facilities and I have never joined....They have my surname spelled wrong...With all my accounts I prefer debit ...So I never received anything...2.This is the first letter I have ever received....I stay in Berea there are lots of ****s...I request this to be fixed please because I would never join something when I am not working...this will appear badly on my credit profile...when I started looking for a job...The letter states they notified me ...never I don't know anything...</p>
