Opening gym memeberships in peoples names in their absence

Glenvista gym company under the supervision of Cliff Pitt allows his consultance to open memeberships without peoples knowledge . My daughter signed on behalf of her sister, nobody bothered to call or verify if this was ok, they just went ahead and opened the account . When the account was not paid they called and threatend to blacklist her , she went to the gym to find out what was going on , she was told they allow people to open membership for other people . And that she owes them over R2000 to cancel something she didnt know about . Cliff was very un apologetic about the matter. I told him that this was ***** because my daughteer never signed for this .
