Not understanding or helpfull

Struggling to make an arrangement with them.unforseen circumstances has come up. And i tried to make an arranvement with them but they still try to debit my account and its affecting my credit score. They said they cannot stop the debit.?really these guys dont know what they are doing to me. The debit attemps costs more that yheir outstanding. And they are still not understanding. Worst gym company to deal with
