Not letting people know when your contract expired!

I loved the Gym Company at first, I made friends with the staff.... I've been with them for 4 years.... Originally my contract was for 3 years but I've been paying for 4 years.....I haven't used the gym for about 2 years.... My complaint is just about the fact that they don't tell you that your contract is expired.... I lost my job when the lock down happened and I've been relying on family to pay it finished for me..... I feel really bad that I've had to ask people to pay it and the Gym company couldn't even just let someone know their contract has expired..... I could have given my 30day notice a year ago..... Come on guys it's not that hard doesn't matter how *********** that one person might be.... Just send an email so we know....
