Non response

I called to request for a transfer because I moved house. I was told that I must first upgrade before I can do that. I told Makhosi that what he is telling me is not on the terms and conditions, he then told me he will find out and come back to me. A week went by no call from him, I called again and spoke to the lady by the name of Lesego or Tebogo, I stand to be corrected. She told the same version of Makhosi and I told her its not on the terms and conditions. She said she will find out and let me know. <br> <br> I have not been going to gym because of the pending feedback, I'm in Kibler park now therefore it will not be conducive for me to travel to Soweto yet there's a gym closely that I can be transferred to. <br> <br> This is just so disrespectful to me as a client. I'm hoping that I will get s call to resolve this matter.
