Noise coming from gym Jacaranda centre Gesina

Yesterday evening we went to eat dinner at Olas unique restaurant in Jacaranda centre Gezina. While eating i heard a doof doof sound. At first i thought it was thunder due to clouds. I then remembered that their is a gym on the top floor. My suspicion was confirmed by the waiter serving us. I would like to know who decided to put a gym on a floor above the restaurant. One cannot enjoy a good meal with the noise coming from the gym. Surely this was bad planning .Now customers must put up with this noise. Totally unacceptable.
