No Swimming Pool and Poor Service

I joined the Gym Company in September 2014 after being approached at a mall. I explained that I swim to keep fit and was told that the Winchester Branch has a swimming pool. When I eventually went to Winchester, all I asked to see the pool - A small pond, in the outside area that cannot be used for exercise, and in winter, not even to chill. It is in fact a jaccuzi size. I have been trying to cancel this contract and am being sent from pillar to post. I stopped their debit orders and now they have put me on Naedo, which is a forceful debit. This gym is a ****. Even the owner, when I called him he told me to go to the Randburg gym for a real swimming pool. Why would I drive that. They just wont let me and my money go! Every time I go there in person I am told they will consult with Head Office and come back, but it never happens.
