NO SERVICE! NO KNOWLEDGE OF PROCEDURES!

I was at Gym company in Winchester last week and I got bounced around between staff which in my opinion had no idea what they were talking about.<br> I have a contract there that gets debited off my account, it has my brothers name on the tag as he was using the gym.<br> I now want to put this back on my name, so that I can attend the gym.<br> I spoke to you already Jomo, and you did not seem to know much more about this than anyone else there, as you said, you only started working there in June.<br> 1) The one staff member told me I must pay R600 to transfer this contract into my name (which I never paid before when transferring into my brothers name)<br> 2) I was then told I must sign a fresh contract, meaning a 36 month contract from scratch.<br> 3) I was then told that I do not have to pay the R600 or sign the 36 month contract, but I do have to pay R100 to get a new tag, as mine (which was used maybe twice) does not work.<br> I NO LONGER WANT TO GYM WITH YOU GUYS!!!! <br> I want to cancel this contract at no fee!!!!
