No professionalism whatsoever

After specifying to person who recruited me that I will be leaving Johannesburg after my final exams in December, I requested a contract that ends then. Due to change of plans, I requested to close my account and I was told they had given me a 36month contract instead of the one I had requested. The receptionist said I would have to recruit someone to take over my contract if I can not pay the amount but I stated that will not be possible. She then called a guy named Simon who said he will fix this and in addition let the finance department aware then call me, he further said he will request the guy who I signed under to find me someone to take over, I left. A month later I went back as I hadn't received a call and money was credited off my account. I was referred to the Finance lady who claimed this is the first she is hearing of this but promised to fix it and requested I sign papers to freeze my account so long but she would call me within a week. This was not done and when I called them after two weeks , nothing had been done and the rude receptionist claimed they have frozen nothing and money would be taken again this month. I have never seen a business so unprofessional.
