NO HELP

I requested to cancel my sons contract,. Completed the requested form. It took them 4 months to get back to me then give me an inflated rate to pay back. I have requested a number to speak to one of the manging director or CEO but was told by sibusiso not allowed. Very poor service and absolutely rude. No help at all instead tells me it's your fault. They also send different amounts to pay all the time.
