No feedback. Poor Service

My contract ended in April 2019 but they are still debiting my account. I've been calling, sent emails, even went to the branch in Maponya mall to terminate but still no luck. I don't even get feedback, It's like the company suddenly doesn't exist. But funny how quick they are to call when your account is in arrears. Can gym company pls terminate my contract, I want nothing to do with them anymore. their service is disgusting.
