No feedback from the gym regarding cancellation

Took a three year contract called the gym in August to find out when is my membership expiring . One of the *********** admin staff told me that it's expiring end of August. She stated that they will deduct for the last time in August. I was debited on Saturday call the gym spoke to Anna from the front desk she said my membership is still active , there were no notes on their system about my cancellation. Today I call the gym wanted Rishen's email address one of the stupid girl told me that she doesn't know the email of their manager. How funny is that it's clear that there are bunch of *********** that are working in that gym.
