No feedback and unauthorised debit orders!

The after sales customer service is absolutely disappointing! Cancelled my membership via email as per their requirements and procedures. Debit order still being collected from my bank account and no confirmation on my request or any feedback since October 2025. The manager there is impossible to get in contact with and doesn't provide feedback. Would not recommend joining there at all.
