NO COMMUNICATION - GYM COMPANY BARA

What a worst experience I've had with this gym their service id horrible there is no communitication. when there is issues e.g no water there is no communication to us mambers you only get the message when you already in the gym, this has been very inconvience whereas i start at the gym in the morning and i need to take a shower then go to work. but when i got to the gym there was no water, i had to go back home so i can take a shower i mean damn this is so time consuming and costing money. the only issue I'm having there is no communication, i even spoke to their manager to ask if they can create a whatapp group where only admins will have right to write anything but up to date still nothing, There is no head office I have no idea where i can now take this to. the aircons are not even working the hygien is so terrible I'm even worried that we now getting to summer ,
