My Saturday terrible experience at Gym Company on Jeppe st

I made the mistake of visiting the Gym Company branch on Jeppe St in CBD today. Seeing it was the only one closest to me closing at 7pm as my usual branch was closed by then - I navigated my way there. I start my training on the spinning class bike as there was no class at the time. A man who later identified himself as a trainer then came to me and mentioned extremely rudely - "there's no spinning class in session right now so get out of here and train there!" Pointing at the electric bikes. I told him that I've never experienced that in other gyms including my usual Gym Company branch and he approaches me and clearly angry repeats himself and then proceeds to say "ok let me get my floor manager" leaves the room and I resum cycling. After about 3 minutes I left the room to lodge a complaint at reception and the "trainer" returns with another man who just screaming and intimidating me before he even asked me any thing as the "trainer" says "yah! Here's the manager!" as a way of further ************. They proceed to both carry on screaming at me and attacking me further at reception as the two ladies behind the counter just watched. I was shocked and continued to try tell the "manager" who refused to give me his name to stop yelling at me. He seemed like he wanted to get into a physical confrontation. I told them that I would be reporting this and they didn't care. It only made them scream more stating we don't care and yet when I asked again who he was he refused to tell me his name. Shouldn't be difficult to find that out who was working today at 1740hrs considering he is a full time employee of that Gym. I recorded him and told him that I was and he still continued. Asking him is this how Gym Company managers speak to customers? I have the recording on my phone for anyone to hear. They then walked away leaving me there and I followed to get my bag in the change room and leave. I could not train and had driven from Northcliff to visit this branch to fit in a much needed workout. I am still in shock that that's acceptable behavior. Thanks Gym Company for extending us membership to such horrific conditions.
