My messed up sales miscommunication

<p>Around June last year I met a sales Representative for The gym company .... I'm his conversation as I was in a hurry he stated that if I could sign gym contract I'll start by gym trial ....and if I had went to the gym I'll go for a free trial then pay later ....1 year 6 months later I'm told I'm listed I need to understand when and how did I get to that stage since they did not communicate with me in any form ..... Ive never been for gym I don't even have an excess card for that matter </p>
