<p>I have been trying to end my membership for over a week and everytime I call to find out what's happening, I get told that they don't do cancellations over the phone and that I should send an e-mail stating that I would like out.. </p> <p> </p> <p>when I phone to find out if my e-mail was received I get told that they are offline and again that I can't quit over an email.</p> <p> </p> <p>this has left me an unhappy client that would like to inform everyone that Gym Company is ********** in what they do and how business is run.</p> <p> </p> <p>in the end I would like to no longer be a member and to see Gym Company no more!!!</p>
