Monthly ******* by the gym

In December I signed with gym company at Maponya mall for the opening of Baragwanth gym. i was promised that by January it will be opened and every time I meet this consultant they promise that next month , then next month , until today still nothing. what makes me made is that they billing me every month but I haven't been to the GYM and i signed for Baragwanth not Maponya and i feel ****** by the GYM.
