Money making Scheme Gym Company

Honestly exhausted and fedup with the whole service I'm getting at Gym company in Eastrandmall.

I joined the Gym company last year October and was assisted by the Consultant(Lebo) she explained that it's a month to month contract and the wont be any connection fee alI I have to do is pay cash amount for the Tag and I did exactly that,we agreed that the monthly installment will be through a debit order as I won't have time to always come through to make payment.

Month after I started getting endless calls telling me my Gym account is in arrears with a suprise billing I don't even know how I got into that amount because I was only aware of the R199 which they were suppose to debit,The lady told me that the amount was for for connection fee and Tag amount which doesn't show I paid cash on their System,so meaning I was being doable charged for the Tag fee.They couldn't even do a simple thing we agreed a ona mere debit order all they know is to make phone calls and tell you lies after lies that the was not enough funds in your account,bank details don't correspond yohh it's stories after stories with THEM!!!!!

Cut the story short I made the payment with all their demands and asked for the membership to be canceled because I was honestly not Happy with their service and was not even utilizing them because I'm not around. Made payment and wrote an email for cancelation as per their request only to get suprised now I'm receiving emails AGAIN telling me I'm in arrears,with what because we greed for cancelation???

Can this Gym membership or money making scheme be canceled because I'm honestly fedup with being sent pillar to post by them.
