Money making scheme

I called their call centre to have my account terminated. Was told they don't cancel over the phone, and that i can only cancel at Maponya mall. I couldn't go there because i have relocated. My account was then debited, i went and reversed the debit. About a week later, received an sms that i wad behind with payments, and i should urgently pay if i want my credit record to remain as is. On the sms i was told to call or email, i did both but to date i have not received any feedback. The last email i sent requesting some feedback was on 14/03/2016. On the numerous emails i sent, i told them it is wrong for the to expect for services i no longer use.
