Money hungry and rude

Do not sign any contracts with these people!! I want to freeze my account! They told me I can do it with no fuss!!! Up to 3 months.. now i want to freeze ..NOW THEY WANT A REASON AND PROOF!! It has NOTHING to do with anyone where im going or what im doing in the time i want to freeze my membership! And secondly they never gave me a membership number.. they charged me for 2 months and im not even on the system!! When I give my ID nr they dont even have it on the system.. but still want to charge me every month.. my tag doesnt even work when entering the gym.. didnt take my finger prints.. they just let me in?? How does that work? So any random person can walk in and use the gym??? And they have the rudest admin at Flora centre and the reception are grumpy all the time.. AND you wait weeks for a reply on email!! Im still waiting for them to freeze my account.. now they are still charging me for another month.. and I cant go to the gym!!! Be carefull
