Miss leading under false pretenses

I went to The Gym Company in Winchecter Hills on a Sunday Morning and spoke to a salesman Mark who then showed us the gym and Got us to sign a contract we were Chatting I told him We don't want a long term contract like the 3 year one then he agreed and said no this contact is a month to month bases and can be cancelled any time 30 day notice so we agreed to sign only for us to find out when i wanted to cancel my wife's contract the we apparently agreed on a 3 year contract an can not be canceled only if a cancellation fee is paid but it can be transferred i so un happy with this because these Gym Companies always miss lead their customer by binding them to a contract that can't be cancelled at any time.Make Sure you rear it properly and rectify the dates the contract starts and ends i will from now on spread the word That the Gym Company Is miss leading Their customer and binding them to a false commitment.
