Misrepresentation at Florida

We signed up at the beginning of the year. We specifically asked them about our kids. They said kids are not allowed, but we are able to bring them on Sunday afternoons because the gym is quiet, we just need to make sure they stay with us and don't run around the gym. We did this for more than 2 months without any issues. One of the staff told us the previous Sunday that they are not allowed. I told him what Tshidi told us. During the week we spoke to Tshidi and she said not to worry, she will speak to them. Today the same thing. Very rude staff member, lying on the coach and complaining about the children. I told him the story again and that be needs to speak to Tshidi. He continued and I told him to leave me alone and to take it up with Tshidi. Still he continued to harrass me. He phoned the manager and told him how nicely he told me the children were not allowed, this is a blatant lie. The manager, equally rude and unwilling to assist said that they are not allowed even though the consultant said we can. We signed up because the consultant said we could bring the children. The manager said we will have to pay a cancellation fee to cancel. It was a misrepresentation from the consultant to gain commission on a new contract, but now we need to pay a cancellation fee.
