Misleading manager Kelvin

My husband and I were signed up by Kelvin (manager) at Gym Company Oakfields Benoni in Jan 2019 but we clearly stipulated that we are moving to an area where there is no Gym Company. Kelvin continue to sign us up and for a Platinum 36 months contract each where as we just found out he could have signed us for the month to month contracts.

This is not business ethics as we are now told of cancellation fees of R2400 each! This is unacceptable and was very misleading.

We would not recommend Gym Company to anyone because of this and the fact that it was from a manager is poor service beyond words.
