Misleading and ********* advertising

I'm very upset at how this company is doing business, they advertise that you join with R1 and there after pay R199 monthly. In joining the gym I was made to pay R200 when I asked about the posters that are being advertised I couldn't get an answer instead was told to phone the head office!! This is ********* and misleading advertising to customers. Why are we mislead by the R1 joining fee and when you actually join no one that represents the company can tell you why that is, if R1 as per adverti*****t is joining fee then when you get to the consultants they should also speak the same language not a different one to what is advertised
