MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION DRAMA

Gym company Tshwane mall we joined via the website we didn’t sign any document and it didn’t state that for one to cancel you need to serve a notice and they deduct for 3 months all that wasn’t said before hand and when you want to cancel no one is there to assist you they claim that you need to come to the store to sign some cancellation papers but when we joined we didn’t sign any papers and why must they deduct money when they haven’t made an agreement with you about exiting why do they omit some information when people join in ?
