Membership Cancellation and Still Deducting Money

This is regarding Gym company Atteridgeville(Nkomo Village). I am writing as a disappointed member regarding an issue with my membership cancellation at the Atteridgeville branch.

On 20 June 2025, I visited the branch to cancel my membership. I was assisted by a staff member who explained that the cancellation would take effect after three months, which I accepted. I then paid upfront for those three months in full. During this discussion, I specifically asked whether any further deductions would be made from my FNB account, and I was assured that no additional charges would occur.

However, this morning I was surprised to see that money was still deducted from my account, despite my upfront payment. I have attached both the proof of payment made on 20 June 2025 as well as the proof of the recent deduction.
