Membership Cancellation

I signed up for a membership on the 25th of October 2019 of R299 Black membership and then I realised I might not have much time to go to the gym. I then decided to call and cancel on the 27th of October 2019. I was told I have 30days to cancel as the first month is free. I got the 071 number on Facebook for Gym Company at Nkomo Village Atteridgeville where I joined and spoke to Treasure the manager who advised he will give my number to cancellations department and they will call me, I waited a few days and still no one called, I tried calling again several times in separate days and i was told there's no straight li e to cancellations so they will only escalate my profile and I should wait for a call back, until I realised that my 30days ends today and I decided to personally go there. I met an agent at the door and asked for the manager and was advised he is not there. I said I needed to cancel my membership and was asked if I have the cancellation fee, I told them I was within the 30days and he told me that they allow cancel within 5 days of signing up and I knew that I was not going to win this battle.
