Membership Cancellation

<p> I filled in their membership form at Westgate mall on the 30th of April and went to cancel the membership form two days after at the branch in Forida which was within their 5 day cancellation period. My account was debited in June and when i called the Gym to ask them about the unauthorised debit order I was informed that they can not find my cancellation receipt and because i threw mine away they do not have proof that I cancelled my membership. They continued to tell me that i would have to pay the cancellation fees and excess fees for their negligence. Christina continued to tell me that coming to talk with the manager will ot help as there is nothing that he can do. I just want to let the company know that i will not be pying for incmpetent empoyees.</p>
