Membership cancelation

Gym company Randburg square makes it extremely difficult to cancel the membership. I cancelled in July 2025,yet they are still debiting my account. When I call them I'm told the cancelation person resigned in October. I must resend the cancelation email but they rep**** to me after sending the cancelation to inform me that the last debit order would be in November 2025. The dirtiest gym I've ever joined, the gym stinks,gym mats and treadmills are sticky.step benches are old and broken!They just do not comply to hygiene at all and you are lucky if they have the sanitizer to clean the equipment. Join at your own risk is what it gives!
