Mediocre Customer Service

<p>I am really disappointed at the bad services I have received, I regret having ever wanted to be associated with this gym the aim is solely to make money out of clients irregardless of how it affects the customers. I cancelled my contract within 5 days having signed the consultant, Isabelle confirmed cancellation and now I am listed on the bureau, I have tried to make arrangements to cover amount in default and their consultant Mbalenhle again agreed it was possible for me to pay in installments and resume using their facilities and I have made payment per the arrangements now I am to that the arrangements does apply nd I will continue accumulate default.</p> <p>Isabelle also expressed that irregardless of him putting me in this position I am liable to pay and once I have paid the default amount he will find some1 to take over the contract, with no apology </p>
