****med and now being debited after 2 years - disgusted

Good day I have cancelled this membership because your offices was not ready as I was explained by the sale advisor , this was false promises and I left the branch because there was not even water to drink whilst gyming , I need someone to call me to have this canceled and I be refunded , I went back to the company and they couldn't even give me membership card , how do you debit me now after 2 years ?
