My 19 years old daughter was persuaded to complete the Gym Company forms on the on 04.09.2021 at Maponya Mall under the false impression of 'Free Trial Subscription' to which she was told that she could only be charged once she comes to the Gym Company's facilities. Now her account has been debited an amount of R 280.00 and still they demand a cancellation fee. Consumers are please asked not to sign out things they don't understand as these contracts are hard to cancel unless you change your bank account.
