Making sales *********ly and manager approves

I signed my gym acc. at Cosmo Mall. I was verbally told that there is no joining fee at the time I joined and was never explnd of the extra chargs such as the levy fee that they take on a yearly bases. Nor did the consltant expln the period of my contract. I could not give my acc details at the time so therefore I could not complt the process. The consultant then gave me his contacts for me to send the acc. details via whatsapp. I was given the 1 page contract at the Mall. Unfortunately I lost it on the day which I explained when I went to get my tag but no one offered a copy of the contract. To my surprise on my first debit I was debited R100, and R200. Then when I went to inquire I advised of the tag. Tdy I was double debited and when I went to inquire I was then told on the levy that I have to pay for yearly in Nov! pay R200 for the membership and an extra R200 for their maintenance every year? what is the fee for then?
