Made my account dormant when they failed to debit

Good day<br> <br> I liaised with the Gym Company a week ago.<br> <br> I went there to speak to them and i was told my debit order bounced for three consecutive months which i then explained to them, that its not the case, i was then told to investigate and check my bank statements.<br> <br> Upon checking i realized that August was unpaid, a double debit took place the next month and Octobers debits returned but i made a eft payment<br> <br> November i got debited twice by them and i made a eft because i kept receiving sms's... <br> <br> In December and January, they never debited my account!!! yet i am at fault???<br> <br> I am so irritated and frustrated, Their accounts department is *********** and have no idea what they are doing.<br> <br> To date i have sent 3 emails and made 2 calls, yet still no feedback.<br> <br>
