Lost item/Theft

Gym company westgate has been my happy place for 2months until now. Losing something at this gym is truly a nightmare. I believe to have left my phone at the spa reception when making an appointment. I realised it within an hour, and I called trying to rush back to the gym only to be told my phone is nowhere to be found. My mother got to the gym first to ask as I go there with her all the time and she stays closer, they told her the same story they told me on the phone but we could still trace the phone and it showed that the location is at the gym. We could not even be shown the CCTV as they told us that the person who has access is already gone. The following day we were told the person is still not there but they found the phone. A member brought it forward from the treadmill which made no sense because I did not even work out on that side of the gym. Till now I’m not given the privilege to trace my steps of how the phone just went missing. Might as well cancel my membership if this is how matters are being addressed at this gym.
