Listing on the ITC

First of all I just want to say what a sham this gym is. I joined the gym 5 years ago when I was still a varsity student due to the excitement of having our very own gym in Soweto. A few week later I realised that I was cash strapped I called to gym to have my contract cancelled (also the idea of tying myself up to a 36 month contract wasn't sitting well with me) I was advised that if I cancelled the contract within the month it would not have any impact on me, which is precisely what I did. Ever since April 2011 I have not have any contact from these people, non whatsoever, no statement, no letter of notice no phonecall. Except an SMS on Monday telling me that I need to rejoin in order to have my name removed from ITC. I got my credit report from transunion and they have put my name on a default. Guys if these people have done this to you also let us rally together and fight them. We need to come together, put together a petition and take these people to court.
