Listing on ITC

Good Day<br> <br> I was notified via sms that I can clear my bad credit record(listed by the Gym Company if I reinstate my gym contract now according to my knowledge I do not have any gym contract with the Gym Company. I had one in 2011 and the company was informed that I want to cancel the contract.<br> I was advised that this contract cannot be cancelled at all,according to the national credit act this is untrue. Non the less I find myself 5 years later with a listing on ITC for bad debt written off.<br> I claim prescrtiption on this matter as no legal action was taken against me in 5 years and I was not informed via written correspondence or phone call that legal action will be taken against me.<br> I never made use of your facilities and I never paid towards the gym fees as according to me this matter was cancelled.<br> How can your company list me on ITC 5 years later???<br> I want this listing to be removed immediately or this matter will be taken up with the gredit regulator as well as the ombudsman.<br> Your urgent feedback is required.
