listed on ITC

In May 2013 I relocated to Pretoria from Newtown-Johannesburg. That was a month after I joined the gym and attended only 2 times. I never signed no contract. I went to report that I won't be attending no more due to my relocation. There was never paperwork involved. Only to find out last week that I am listed under defaults on ITC.
