Limited financial assistance with illness.

This Company is a non-caring organisation. I have Costochondritis and had a recent flare of of the symptoms and was forced to implement self-healing.

The company: 1) requires a Dr letter to suspend the contract 2) only offers a partial reduction 3) only offers a temporary pause

It’s kind of Ridiculous and thus pointless to have a pause, because something will keep biting the purse strings.
