Late opening

Its 05:30 am and the Durban Musgrave gym is not open. Its the second time in this month. Please ask you team to take us seriously. We are paying for this and time isnof the essence. I am with my personal trainer and this is s session lost. The gym opens at 05:00am but its 05:30am and its still closed.
