Lairs and ****** sterling your money

These people are a bunch of ***** and ******. My husband went into the gym company in Brackenhurst to see what they have to offer. The sales person (Shane) who assisted him **** about the gym contract prices. He first escalated all the prices for the 3 packages they offer and then told my husband they have a special on at the moment and the cheapest option was R399. Per month/On special. He didn’t even show my husband the other 2 options of R299. And R199. So according to my husband they didn’t exist. We then complain to the manager (Th andi) and told her we wish to cancel or downgrade to R199. And put both of us onto the contract. Thandi told us we should have cancelled with in the 5 days cool off period (which was not told to my husband) and said if we want to cancel now there will be a cancellation/downgrade fee. Thandi said she would find out what this fee it and email my husband. This was about 2 months ago.
