Lack of Service and Quality Control at Gym Company Musgrave, Durban

I wrote to the gym company via the website a week ago. To complain about the ongoing issues with broken equipment, gym smelling like vomit , lack of staff on the floor, no straps on the vibrating workout machine and Personal Trainers leaving their towels and water bottles on equipment that they are not actually using. Patrons also not being taught to NOT walk between and through the circuit training area and should be shown to walk around the out parameter of the training area. This is surely just basic common sense. Management seems to have a couldn't care less attitude. Probably one of the worst gyms I have ever joined.
