Lack of communication, bad service, False Promises

My Husband and I signed up to the Flora Centre gym in June 2014, they promised us that their will be a full gym with a squash court ( this was the reason why we signed up in the first place) and it would be up and running by Aug. Aug came and still nothing. We then saw the manager in Jan 2015 Keith and he said that the gym is running and there will be a kids area in Feb.The gym consisted of a minimal equipment then we asked Keith when the full gym will be ready with the squash courts. he then said there will be no squash courts and this upset us, we wanted cancel the contract. He then stated the full gym will be ready in Jul 2015 and he will not charge us for 3 month to make up for their lack of fulfilling their side of the bargain. there is still no full gym and we still got charged with no break in fees.We have been paying diligently for over a year and now we have stood our ground and will refuse to pay till someone contacts us. We have defaulted for 2 months now and all we get is a msg from their accounts department threating to put us on blacklisting. We sent an email to all the managers and accounts twice in 2 weeks and no one has responded to us.
