JUST MISS A PAYMENT - ONLY THEN YOU WILL BE NOTICED!!!

My son got me a membership from the Gym Company in Boksburg, almost two years ago. I went there once to do my assessment and it was such a shleb to get in there, as i did not have a tag, that I never went back there. On a few occasions i called to inquire about my tag, with no response. No one bothered to find out if there is a problem or why I am not attending. I then went there again two months ago to change my banking details. I NEVER received any correspondence /news letters / emails from them during this period. My debit order was not done with the new banking details, and GUESS WHAT?? I received my first communication from them!!! Just miss a payment!!! I have belonged to a few gyms over the years, and all of them have sent me communication regarding membership /news, or just a follow up message. This is very disappointing, as they are on my way to work, and affordable, just a pity they do not have any people s****s, and is very unprofessional in my opinion.
