Just don't join

It's nice to see that I'm not alone in my dissatisfaction with this business. They say you need to provide 3 x months notice when cancelling your contract. When you do that, they bill you for 4 x months. Apparently the first month is a a notice month, and then they take 3 x months cancellation. That means you pay 4 x months when you cancel your contract, and not 3 x months as informed when you sign up. Their admin staff is terrible and the process takes you more than 4 x months to finalise.
