Just cancel my damn membership, for crying out loud, it's been two damn years, I want it cancelled

Terrible service, I wish you *****s can just liquidate and close down, my wife was pregnant, carried the baby to full term and I was told I can't cancel her membership, secondly I have a membership as well and when I changed jobs advising I'm no longer able to afford the membership I was still told about the cancellation fee, this is an urgent call out to the public especially the public in JHB, please do not join this Gym, they will trick you into signing contracts with them with no benefit, once you sign you stuck and there's no getting out, they will just take your money every month for their own benefits, I'm going to the ombudsman, tired of these ******!!!
