Joining fee

I was on the website and saw the advert of zero joining fee. I decided to go to the branch in Roodepoort( Flora Centre) and was greeted in a friendly manner up until the time it came to money matters. The guy Tumi who was taking control of the situation told that we had to pay a joining fee and I thought I was mistaken by the ad until I logged onto the website to make sure and found it to be so, zero joining fee but was asked to pay R500 joining fee. <br> <br> I would like to receive this back or put towards my membership fees for the coming months.<br> <br> Please get in touch.<br>
